Misha and her fiancé, both in the public service, were planning to start a new life together by purchasing a new property, but also had to sell her previous flat in the process. The couple are naturally very cautious people and wanted to work with the right agent. After they approached Grace, they began to trust her more when they didn't encounter any pushiness or sales talk. Understanding that such a decision takes a lot of consideration, Grace gave them the space and time to think it through before they enlisted her help. She guided them on booking a newly-launched property, and negotiated terms that were favourable for them to have more than sufficient time to sell Misha's previous property in the meantime.

When it was time to sell Misha's flat, Grace guided her on how to prepare the property for us to do the marketing well, then brought in the decor to dress up the unit. She then arranged for the photography and virtual tour to showcase the best possible angles for her home, so that it would attract the right buyers. Afterwards, she went through with Misha on how she had studied the competitors' prices and applied a strategy to determine the advertised price.

As a result, they received an overwhelming response from buyers. The competition turned into an intense price war where each buyer vied to outbid each other for the flat. With so many offers, Misha was able to get her desired asking price for the flat.
